Timeline of the review process

• July 2024: the Call for abstracts is open.
  
  
• 30^th November 2024: deadline for abstract submission.
  
  
• February 2025: information to the authors about the selection of oral communications. Acceptance of the abstract will be notified to the submitting author by e-mail and through the personal account on I3S Congress website.
  

• February 2025: final notification of abstract acceptance to authors.

• March 2025: deadline for poster submission.

• April 2025: information to the authors about the selection of poster.

• The presenting authors will have to pay the registration fee before 1^st May, 2025.

• An online book of abstracts will be edited for the I3S Congress 2025. And you will have access to it upon completing your registration.
