Timeline of the review process

• July 2024: the Call for abstracts is open.
  
  
• December 6th, 2024: registration is open.

• January 7th, 2025: the deadline for abstract submission for oral communications has passed. However, submission for posters is still possible.

• February 2025: information to the authors about the selection of oral communications. Acceptance of the abstract will be notified to the submitting author by e-mail and through the personal account on I3S Congress website.

• February 2025: final notification of abstract acceptance to authors (for oral communication).

• March 26th, 2025: deadline for poster submission.

• April 2025: information to the authors about the selection of poster.

• The presenting authors can benefit from an early bird price (like other congress participants) by registering before May 1st, 2025.

• An online book of abstracts will be edited for the I3S Congress 2025. And you will have access to it upon completing your registration.
